In total the house can sleep 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) in different combinations. Newly appointed, with resort style furniture and flat screen TVs. Well appointed kitchen, in which you can whip up your own little masterpieces. Includes breakfast bar and stools, dishwasher, microwave and a separate drinks fridge for larger families. Wood Burner added for Winter!! We have added a beautiful wood burner. This warms the whole house in winter and creates a cozy relaxing atmosphere. Make a booking this winter and enjoy cold nights sitting in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.A large, but private north facing deck, with plenty of beautiful sunshine is out the front, with umbrella and relaxing seating. Out the back is a paved outdoor entertaining area, with 10 seater table, huge umbrella and BBQ. There's plenty of space for family and friends, or just relax in the hammock with a book under the Moonah trees in the spacious yard. Property is fully fenced, and well loved and well behaved animals are welcome outside, with a small surcharge/bond (pls enquire).Self contained Bungalow as well!This good sized bungalow which sleeps 4, has an LCD TV with built in DVD player, Nintendo Wii with games. The bungalow also has it's own bathroom, with shower, basin and toilet. Hosts a double bed bunk, with single on top, and a pull out single trundle below. Cardhu Cottage is a single storey open plan apartment with contemporary styling and decoration. Cardhu has a queen size bed, a lounge/dining area, TV/DVD/CD, and a full kitchen with microwave and gas stove. The cottage is fully air conditioned and has an ensuite bathroom with a large shower recess. A large private courtyard is provided where you can relax under the shade of a magnificent old Silky Oak tree. The private laundry with automatic washing machine is accessed from your courtyard. All linen, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided and are of high quality. Please note that no smoking is permitted indoors. Generous continental breakfast provisions can be provided, or you may choose to self cater – see your tariff options. The original cottage on the property, and the family home of the previous owner, Tullamore has been extensively renovated and improved. Surrounded by large established trees and cottage gardens, Tullamore has decks where you can relax with a coffee and enjoy the garden views. Tullamore has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 singles), a lounge/dining room with wood fire, TV/DVD/CD, full kitchen with gas stove and a microwave, and bathroom with shower over the bath. All linen, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils etc are provided and are of high quality. Please note that no smoking is permitted indoors.
