Our home is Ideal for large families or groups, having 3 family areas and masses of space.Unlike most Orlando rental villa’s every room in this home has been professionally decorated to a very high standard (compare the photos of our home with others on this site to see the difference!).All the furniture is expensive and to a very high standard. The double beds all have upgraded mattresses, ensuring a relaxing night’s sleep. A formal lounge area is at the front of the villa, and a large family area, with a huge HD flat screen TV & entertainment centre, overlooks the huge pool deck. A 3rd family lounge is on the 2nd floor, again with a large flat screen TV. You will be blown away by the spacious landing area which overlooks the informal dining area and rear family lounge.We have a formal dining area with seating for 8 round a Captains Table , and the informal breakfast/lunch table seats 4 (although our guests usually eat these meals outside).One of the spacious Master suites is on the ground floor, with walk-in closet, and the other 5 bedrooms are upstairs. Our villa is located on the prestigious gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake.One of the nearest communities to the worlds largest Legoland Theme Park which recently opened being just 15 minutes away.Less than 25 minutes from the gates of Disney and within easy reach of all other major Orlando attractions.Southern Dunes Golf Club is next door and a few minutes drive will take you to Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club and the world famous Championsgate. Don't forget your clubs! Fully air conditioned with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private south facing heated pool with coloured lighting and spa and has everything required for the perfect vacation. The bedrooms are all beautifully furnished. All master bedrooms are ensuite, the 2 downstairs having King size beds and the third upstairs has a Queen bed.
