Little Bit of Heaven is a very peaceful and private 2 bedroom cottage with dining room,large living room with fireplace,two-sided screened in porch, and newly renovated bathroom.Kitchen has electric stove and oven with basic dishware and cutlery,etc. Access to Paugh Lake is across the road and down a set of stone steps to a pebbly waterfront and very safe for children with shallow water for some distance.There is a boat launch very nearby and fishing is always an attraction.In addition there is a separate cabin that sleeps two with electric lights but no water. A fire pit also allows guests to gather round for evening singsongs, etc. A large tennis court now allows for badminton and the parking of cars.The large screened porch is the favored spot for dining with seating for 12. This is a small 2 bedroom cottage. It does not have water access, but has a beautiful, unobstructed view of the lagoon & bay. It sleeps 2 in each bedroom and 2 on a convertible sofa in the living room. There is a small kitchen and a large outside deck with a grill and picnic table. There is also a deck with built in benches down by the water. The kitchen has a microwave, range and refrigerator. There are 2 air conditioners that cool the entire house. It is 4 blocks from the ocean beaches.The living room has a TV with VCR.These little houses usually require tenants to bring their own linens. I would have to have someone there when they arrived to check the linens out to them and someone to check them back in and make sure they were all accounted for. And if they are not close by, we would have to do a walk through with them and give them their security deposit back on the spot.
