We just purchased this 6 year old beautiful bungalow in Dec 2012 and it is freshly painted and decorated with everything you may need. Downstairs has travertine tile on the floors and counters. The living room has a flat screen tv, DVR, DVD player, iPod docking station and a sleeper sofa. We have board games and wi-fi for you entertainment. There is a half bath with a washer/dryer stack and an eat in kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and microwave. Everything you need to make a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal is here! Upstairs has a guest bedroom with private bath. There are two adorably decorated twin beds, flat screen tv and balcony access. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen tv and private bath. This room also has balcony access.The Bungalows of Seagrove has two community pools, hot tub and bike racks. It is just a lovely two block walk to the beach access. Our bungalow is the only one built for privacy, with no other bungalows next to it and parking right in front for easy loading. This is great because you don't have neighbors right on top of you, just a beautifully landscaped years.We live in Georgia and fell in love with this place and only wish we could come down there more.
