Cardhu Cottage is a single storey open plan apartment with contemporary styling and decoration. Cardhu has a queen size bed, a lounge/dining area, TV/DVD/CD, and a full kitchen with microwave and gas stove. The cottage is fully air conditioned and has an ensuite bathroom with a large shower recess. A large private courtyard is provided where you can relax under the shade of a magnificent old Silky Oak tree. The private laundry with automatic washing machine is accessed from your courtyard. All linen, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided and are of high quality. Please note that no smoking is permitted indoors. The original cottage on the property, and the family home of the previous owner, Tullamore has been extensively renovated and improved. Surrounded by large established trees and cottage gardens, Tullamore has decks where you can relax with a coffee and enjoy the garden views. Tullamore has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 singles), a lounge/dining room with wood fire, TV/DVD/CD, full kitchen with gas stove and a microwave, and bathroom with shower over the bath. All linen, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils etc are provided and are of high quality. Please note that no smoking is permitted indoors.

The Honeymoon Cottage has a 4 poster bed in the bedroom from which you can see the lights of Melbourne, the gas-log fire and the 3 corner dbl spa in the ensuite. The lounge room is setup for dinner with candles and wine plus a beautiful view over the front gardens. You may prefer to sit in the garden, have a BBQ and enjoy the lights of the city. We provide full breakfast and a home baked loaf of bred which every visitor to Holly Lodge likes. If you prefer to dine at the restaurants most will give our guests a discount. A list of restaurants can be found in the suite and on the website under local information. Some cooking facilities are available plus TV, Video, CD, Radio and DVD player. Also a number of Videos and CD's can be enjoyed if you want to stay inside and read a good book by the gas log-fire.
