This is a very central, but private, beach front home located in south Jacó. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the town’s center and has incomparable view of the Pacific and its red and orange glazed sunsets. The house has an ample front porch that gives way to the pool, perfect for cooling off after a day’s sun tanning. Also on the house’s exterior there are two showers, a front lawn with four coconut palm trees (free coconuts!) and a full bathroom.The house itself is very comfortable. All the social areas have a view to the ocean. The living room is fused with the dining area and the kitchen which all lead to the front porch. The house has three rooms equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a king and a twin bed. One of the other two bedrooms has a king size bed with bunk bed assembled with a king size mattress at the bottom and a twin bed on top. The third room has two bunk beds with the same king-twin bed assembly.A great plus for the surf aficionados is that right in front of the house is one of the best and most constant surf breaks the beach has to offer. If surfing is not your thing you can take one of the house’s chairs, plop it on the beach and witness how the surfers battle the waves as the sun gradually sets over them.On the house’s backyard there is plentiful space to park up to 4 cars.
