These beach houses have luxurious appointments including spa bath in en-suite bathroom that overlooks beach. Each townhouse can comfortably accommodate 8 people and is for your exclusive use whether 2 or 8 people stay. There is large living area with Plasma TV, and DVD player and a separate dining area all overlooking the view out to sea.\\r\\nEach stylish home includes fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an electric oven and either an induction cook-top or gas cook-top, dishwasher and microwave oven. All appliances are either SMEG or Baumatic and are virtually brand new. Complimentary tea and coffee is provided for you. At the rear of the ground floor, overlooking the fully fenced courtyard is the ground floor bedroom with a queen sized bed.\\r\\nThe ground floor bathroom including a shower, toilet and vanity is located adjacent to this bedroom and includes a full laundry with front loading washing machine and dryer. The door to this bathroom and the ground floor bedroom is to allow for wheelchair and assisted access.
